Superior Core Technology

TSL TMT Sariya is manufactured using advanced Thermo-Mechanical Treatment (TMT) combined with Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF)-based steel chemistry control. This results in a microstructure of:

  • Tough outer layer of Tempered Martensite
  • Strong intermediate zone with Bainite + Martensite
  • Flexible inner core of Ferrite and Pearlite

This layered structure gives our bars high strength + ductility, ideal for load-heavy and seismic constructions.

Weldability You Can Trust

With low carbon content and precise chemistry, TSL TMT bars offer easy, safe, and preheat-free welding —reducing on-site energy use, time, and wastage. Welded joints remain strong and secure for lasting performance.

Exceptional Bond with Concrete

Our TMT bars are rolled through computer-controlled NTM mills to achieve a uniform and precise rib pattern. This ensures maximum grip with concrete, enhancing the overall bond strength and reducing chances of slip or structural cracks.

High Ductility for Seismic Safety

Fire-Resistant Properties

Thanks to the quenching and self-tempering process at high temperatures (~650°C), TSL bars retain their mechanical properties even in elevated heat conditions. This makes them suitable for high-rise and industrial buildings where fire safety is critical.
